The Model 303 by Ameristar is a high-impact, crash-rated bollard engineered to provide robust perimeter security for critical infrastructure. Tested and certified to ASTM F2656-20 M30/P1 standards, it effectively stops a 15,000 lb. vehicle traveling at 30 mph with less than 3 feet of penetration.
Available in both hydraulic and manual spring-assist configurations, the Model 303 offers flexibility to suit various operational requirements. The hydraulic version features a standard deployment time of 5–8 seconds and an Emergency Fast Operation (EFO) mode that deploys in under 2 seconds. The manual version is ideal for locations without power access, with a deployment time of 30–45 seconds per bollard.
