The FutureWEDGE® 2400 is a compact, high-performance vehicle barrier designed for fast installation and dependable protection in high-traffic areas. Crash-tested to ASTM-PU40 standards, it can stop a 5,070 lb (2,300 kg) vehicle traveling at 40 mph (65 km/h), making it an ideal solution for critical access points requiring immediate defense against vehicle threats.
Featuring a surface-mounted, bolt-down design, the FutureWEDGE installs in as little as one day—no excavation required. Its all-electric operation is environmentally friendly and maintenance-efficient, eliminating the need for hydraulic fluids while delivering smooth, reliable performance.
The system supports full integration with access control technologies, including gate operators, CCTV, intrusion detection, and more. With road width options up to 17 feet and customizable plate heights, the FutureWEDGE® 2400 offers versatile security for a wide range of urban and commercial applications.
